I used to have overweight too. It was never the weight that bothered me.

It was the trouble catching my breath at the minimal physical demand I had.

It was feeling the constant need to be siting or laying down.

It was the unregulated apetite mixed with the poor sleep, that literally wouldn’t let me make better choices.

It was feeling unconfident with my body and consequently with the person I was.

Until I found a method to shift to better habits and sustain them.

That made a strong, energetic, well disposed and confident person. My body transformed accordingly to the body of the person I have become.

Now my mission is to share it with and guide as much people as I can in the process of becoming their best selfs.

I’ve been following the protocol for 15 days. I’ve been strict with it and it’s amazing to see so many results in such short time.

I feel less swollen, with more energy, and able to progress in load from session to session and still recover really well.

It’s the first time in years that I am able to regulate my cravings when I have my period.

Generally speaking, I think that your approach to find the sweet spot between fitting the workouts in my routine without it sucking it all up, was a game changer. That way, the risk of missing a workout went to the minimum, and when routine and setbacks provided challenges, you were there to break out a solution with me.

You also made realise I didn’t have to delete pleasure in order to eat well. Setting simple ground rules and managing quantities allowed me to lose a bunch of weight, build muscle, without starving myself or eating things I did not like.

For someone who didn’t use to go to the gym at all, at least without giving up in few weeks, working early career crazy shifts as a nurse, you helped me to find a way to make regular physical exercise a part of my life, in a way that I feel psychologically and physically better by the day.

Also, you make sure to explain with clear and simple communication what I have to do inside and outside de gym, correcting my executions, adjusting training variables and more importantly helping me to find the strength to do what I have to do on a daily basis.

Working with you during the course of this year has been brutal!

Not only by the fact that you’ve put up with my various irregularities with training and food, but in the way that you’ve been constantly adapting everything according to my busy routine and forcing me to not give up and keep training.

I think I only had the good results I had this year because you have been coaching me through the process, or else I’d still be round shaped.
