The online coaching service is divided into several packages, each with different offerings.
- The Beginner package offers a generalised training plan for both men and women, with all the necessary instructions to progress and perform exercises correctly, updated monthly. It also includes a document on how to adjust nutrition to goals, with information 100% based on scientific evidence, and a flexible diet method explained step-by-step, including a sample menu.
- The Dedicated package provides a personalised training plan tailored to the individual’s goals, availability, fitness level, and personal preferences. It also includes a nutritional support document with an example menu adjusted to individual quantities, 100% evidence-based guidance, weekly feedback through photos and body weight tracking, and daily support with guaranteed responses within 24 hours.
- The No Limits package includes all components from the Dedicated package, plus one monthly call with the coach and one monthly nutrition consultation, with a nutrition plan created by a certified nutritionist.
No, the plans are suitable for all fitness levels, including regressions and progressions for all exercises.
No. The plans are tailored to the equipment available to the client, whether in the gym, outdoors, or at home.
In the Beginner package, the training programme is updated monthly.
In the other packages, updates depend on the logical progression of each client’s programme, with training updated every 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks, or whenever requested by the client.
We recommend at least 25 minutes, twice a week, or 15 minutes, three times a week. The plans are always adapted to the realistic amount of time the client has available to train.
Only the No Limits package includes a complete meal plan created by a certified nutritionist. The other packages offer nutritional support through a step-by-step method on how to adjust calorie needs to individual goals, how to track intake, and a sample menu with at least 3 options per meal.
Yes, you should continue eating what you enjoy. Consistency is key to success, and we believe the only way to maintain a sustainable diet is by including foods you like.
Yes, it is possible to gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously if both training and nutrition are tailored accordingly.
Progress is assessed through weekly feedback with photos, tracking strength progression in training, weight monitoring, and a questionnaire to evaluate other progress parameters.
Yes. We have a flexible suspension and/or cancellation policy. Both can be done through an informal notice via email or WhatsApp, within 5 days before the payment date. There is no re-registration fee. Visit Manage Subscription.
Communication with the coach is daily and personalised via WhatsApp for those on the Dedicated and No Limits packages.
For the Beginner package, communication is via WhatsApp in a group.
Training is prescribed through the TrainHeroic app, which includes notes with all the necessary information to execute the workout, grids with the number of repetitions and suggested weights, updated weekly, and explanatory videos for exercise execution.
